My name is Malene Rix and these and many other questions have been the focus of my work as an advisor, trainer and author for the past 20 years. Based in Copenhagen, Denmark I have helped people all over the world use negotiation as a constructive tool both at work and at home. In recent years I have worked specifically with how gender stereotyping affects the process, and how to overcome some of the negative biases women encounter, when they negotiate.
Sometimes we need help analyzing and preparing our negotiations with others. In my advisory sessions you will get a chance to understand, plan and carry out the processes needed to get you where you want to go. We make a strategy and tailormake a set of helpful moves so you can make the most of the way you communicate and achieve what you dream of.
Often it is enough to simply become conscious of negotiation as an everyday occurrence to start a change in the way you see the process. When I talk to audiences about negotiation we cover some basic ideas and constructive advice and have a conversation about participants’ experiences and challenges. Training sessions allow for a chance to dig a bit deeper and practice new techniques.
